Mother's Day Out Preschool
A Christian Pre-school program for the community.
Introduction
Started in 1981, the PCOC Mother's Day Out (MDO) program is an educational outreach service of the church to the community with extended Christian Education experience for children ages one to five years. It is open to the community as well as the church membership.
Program Schedule
The program is three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The hours are 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Registration
Registration for each year begins the last week in February for those currently enrolled and will open to everyone in March. Please call 303-877-1791 for more information about how you and your child can participate.
Staff
We have a staff of six teachers that are First Aid/CPR certified, have been background checked and attend annual training. Enrollment ranges from 65-80 children, with those attending one, two or all three days. There is usually a wait list, but it does advance quickly.
Director
Melissa Holley has been the Director of MDO since 2003. She is Director qualified by the State of Colorado and holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Bachelor Degree in Sociology. Melissa is married and has two children. She is a Colorado native who enjoys reading, scrapbooking and skiing.
